1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a no5jl account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of our platform, you enter into a binding contract with no5jl and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use no5jl services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for minors under Philippine law. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons declared legally incompetent or subject to guardianship are prohibited from using our services.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of no5jl complies with all applicable local laws.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one (1) account with no5jl. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for personal recreational use only. Commercial, professional, or syndicate betting is prohibited. You may not allow any other person to use your account credentials.
• No Self-Exclusion History: You must not be currently self-excluded from no5jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform.

If you fail to meet any of these eligibility requirements, you must not register or use our services. Any breach of eligibility requirements will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access no5jl services, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Verification

no5jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending successful verification. Accounts that fail to provide requested verification within fourteen (14) days may be suspended or permanently closed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify no5jl customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

no5jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, underage gambling, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any activity we deem harmful to the integrity of our platform. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be voided and account balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods displayed in the cashier section. The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine pesos (₱50). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits from third-party payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned. no5jl does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your account is fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100). Withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to six (6) hours during business hours, Monday through Sunday. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional security verification and processing time. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review for anti-money laundering compliance and may be delayed or rejected if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in withdrawal rejection or forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances exceeding ₱100 may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log into your account at least once every twelve months.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on no5jl are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirmation. Bets placed on incorrect selections or at incorrect stakes due to user error are your responsibility and will not be refunded. In the event of obvious errors in odds or game results (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction), no5jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All betting markets are governed by specific rules available in the respective game sections. Players must familiarize themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC). Settlement of bets is final once confirmed in your transaction history. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or market, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes. Live betting odds change rapidly based on game action. By placing a live bet, you accept the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed. no5jl is not responsible for delays in live data feeds or odds updates.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on no5jl use certified random number generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information section. Live casino games are dealt by real dealers using physical cards, dice, or wheels, and are broadcast via live video stream. Disconnections during live casino play will be handled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which may include automatic completion of your hand or round based on optimal strategy. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds: collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage, use of bots, automated betting software, or any third-party tools to place bets, exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors, arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple platforms, chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting, and any form of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by no5jl are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. Only bets placed with real money count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. no5jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the no5jl website and mobile platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of no5jl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the no5jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from no5jl without express written permission. The no5jl name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

no5jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. This limitation applies even if no5jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily prevent access to our services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any and all claims related to your use of no5jl services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and no5jl, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004. Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against no5jl.

10. Responsible Gaming Commitment

no5jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. Self-limitation tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and cooling-off periods are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. Players who wish to self-exclude may request temporary or permanent account closure by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 12. Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention

no5jl maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with Philippine AML laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account showing unusual transaction patterns, large deposits or withdrawals, rapid turnover of funds, or other indicators of potential money laundering or fraud. This may include requesting source of funds documentation, employment verification, or other financial information. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately suspended and reported to appropriate authorities. Funds in such accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of no5jl services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by no5jl of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
